Our mission
Securities finance spans the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, with different market infrastructure, languages and regulators. We aim to make it easier to understand by publishing clear, original explainers and a well-maintained events calendar.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any trade association, including the Pan Asia Securities Lending Association, or any exchange, regulator or past event organiser that may have used this web address. We do not hold or reproduce their materials. Organisation names on this site are used only to identify them.
What we cover
How we research
We work from primary sources: regulator and exchange publications, central bank material and official legal texts. Each page shows a last-reviewed date. Where rules change frequently, we link to the official source and encourage readers to check it. Read our editorial policy for details.
How we are funded
The site is funded by clearly labelled advertising, sponsored content and featured event listings. Sponsors do not influence editorial content. We do not use affiliate links.
